Refund Policy - Luminara Jewelry



1. Right of Free Resolution (Return) - 14 working days: According to Portuguese legislation (Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14), consumers have the right to return products within 14 working days after receiving the order, without needing to indicate the reason for the return. This right applies to all online purchases, with some exceptions.


2. Conditions for Return: To exercise your right of return:

  • The product must be returned in original condition, without signs of use or damage, and in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • The consumer must communicate the intention to return via email jewerlyluminara@gmail.com or through our Instagram @luminarajewerly, indicating the order number and product details.
  • The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product delivered does not correspond to what was ordered or has a manufacturing defect.


3. Exceptions to the Right of Return: In accordance with article 17 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, returns or refunds will not be possible in the following cases:

  • Products that have been customized or made to order, according to the customer's specifications.
  • Sealed products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned if the security seal has been broken.


4. Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund for the amount paid. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the return of the product.


5. Return Costs: Except in cases where the product delivered is damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered, the return costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.


6. Return of Defective or Wrong Products: If the product is defective or not what was ordered, the customer is entitled to a free return. In this case, the return costs will be covered by Luminara Jewelry.


7. Changes to Refund Policy: Luminara Jewelry reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time, and any modifications will be posted on this page.
